Orofacial myofunctional therapy is a specialized facial muscle training modality, used to encourage proper airway and facial development, correct functional oral disorders, improve muscle imbalances, and develop proper nasal breathing.
Your myofunctional therapist will complete a thorough examination of all your orofacial structures, as well as your posture and habits. With this information, the therapist develops a customized treatment plan of exercises to improve your muscle tone, strength, and function.
Every client comes to us with unique strengths and challenges, so treatment time varies from person to person. But you can expect to spend between 12-24 sessions with us, over the span of 6-12 months.
